Central Roof Reference is the result of over 35 years of experience in the building envelope weatertightness field including 25 years of expertise in the roofing industry.

Having had the opportunity to participate for several years to the development, improvement and integration of the CSA A123.21 Standards in the National Building Code Canada 2015. Our contribution upon the SIGDERS group created by NRCC, and also associations voting member; ASTM International (committee D-08, C-24 et E06), CSA Group Committee Roofing and waterproofing, IIBEC-QOC Technical committee envelope weatertightness.

Enable all stakeholders from all backgrounds to get adequate information on CSA123.21 standards in one place for their projects remain consistent with normative requirements in force.

Michel Desgranges T.P. combines in itself 35 years of experience in the construction industry, including 25 years of development in building envelope and almost 20 years in the roofing industry.

Throughout his career he served as general contractor functions, consultant, inspector, roofing contractor. He also worked with renowned engineering firms.

Now that the standard has become bylaw in some Canadian provinces, many different interpretations are conveyed for the purpose of commercialization of sealing systems.
